Simbu’s next project is ‘Pooda Poodi’ which is funded by Padam Kumar from Mumbai along with Roger Nair of Canada. The major portion of the film will be shot in Canada. The film is expected to be launched on August 15th in Toronto. The film will have Simbu coming to Toronto and meeting his life partner, who was born and raised there. They are completely opposite in nature and become attracted to each other. Simbu has written the story. He had made few changes in the script to suit a setting in Canada. The team is in a hunt for suitable locations for the shooting and is also in search for a heroine.
