Simbu injured his leg during the shooting of his upcoming film ‘Silambattam’. He has disobeyed the doctor’s advice and is back to work. While performing a dance sequence Simbu had to kneel down on his knees and get up for couple of times. On the third take of the dance step, Simbu hurt his leg and was rushed to a nearby hospital immediately. Simbu doesn’t want his producer or the dance artistes who perform with him to undergo any kind of stress because of him. So he is back to work keeping aside his pain.
